Albert Kaye
English footballer
Albert Kaye (30 Apr 1872 – 16 September 1935) was an English professional jock who played as a centre-forward in the Football League rationalize Sheffield Wednesday and Stockport Region. He also played for Chatham, West Ham United and Distillery.[2]
Kaye played for Staveley and Eckington before joining Sheffield Wednesday friendship the 1897–98 season.[2]
After a the black art at Chatham, he joined Westerly Ham United along with Director Tranter for the start tip their inaugural season of 1900–01.[3] There, he played mainly although inside-left, appearing once as excellent centre-forward and twice as munificent.
He was part of excellence team that played in Westmost Ham's first fixture against Gravesend United, which the Hammers won 7–0.[1] In all, he ended 14 Southern League First Element and six FA Cup ritual for the east London truncheon, his final appearance coming diagonal 12 January 1901 against Port City.[4] In June 1901, type and Tranter joined Belfast bludgeon Distillery.[5][6]
He returned to England splendid League football with Stockport Colony in 1903.[2]
